My Personal Workouts and Strength Challenges

I don't just teach fitness—I live it. See the training and movements I use to test my own limits, stay disciplined, and build raw strength.

This is a clean and jerk, a powerful full-body movement that builds explosive strength. It's not just about lifting the weight; it's about technique, coordination, and focus. Get up and do what you have to do for yourself.

They said only 1% of people can do this push-up variation. Challenge accepted. This is my turn. Can you do it?

Here I am rappelling down a 50-foot rock face. Facing your fears is hard, but the feeling of accomplishment is immeasurable. I always ask myself, "If not now, then when?" This pushes me to take the leap every time.

Challenge accepted. This workout combines core strength with explosive power, moving from a dragon flag variation into a push-up. It's about testing your limits and seeing what your body is capable of.

This is the push-up to wall challenge. Challenges are first won in our minds and then in reality. The body achieves what the mind believes, so keep pushing your limits.

Another fitness challenge accepted. This one focuses on leg strength and stability with weighted lunges. I'm always ready for the next challenge.

Challenge me. Tell me which workout you want me to try next. Today I almost skipped my workout, but I pushed myself to show up, and the post-gym feeling is always worth it.

About this collection

These are not camera-ready gimmicks or quick fixes. They are the heavy compound lifts, rappelling, and bodyweight basics I actually use to stay strong. It is not about doing 1,000 crunches, it is about doing the same boring, hard work consistently until it becomes who you are. This is how I build myself, brick by sweaty brick, and how I can help you build your own foundation.

Building Strength Beyond the Gym

I’ve learned that rappelling down a 50-foot face or mastering a clean-and-jerk isn't about vanity. It’s about facing fear. My coaching philosophy comes from these exact moments. If you see me in these clips looking intense, it is because I struggled to start, too. I didn’t just wake up able to do weighted lunges or dragon flags. I built it through habit stacking and progressive overload.

The Method

My approach is based on functional strength. Whether it is deadlifts for power or wall-pushup variations for core stability, these exercises serve a purpose: to make you capable and resilient. We don’t use fancy, expensive supplements or exotic foods. We use standard kitchen ingredients—dal, rice, roti—and movements you can do in your living room or a standard gym.

Discipline Over Motivation

Motivation is fleeting. Discipline is what gets you through the days when you are tired, stressed, or tempted to hit snooze. I use neuroscience-backed habit stacking—like doing my core work immediately after my morning glass of water—to ensure I show up. When you train with me, we apply this same rigor to your routine. We track your progress, correct your form in real-time on video, and build habits that last.

If you are tired of AI apps that cannot correct your posture or generic programs that do not account for your specific body, you are in the right place. Let’s stop saying 'tomorrow' and start building.
