Motivation gets you going, but habits keep you there. Here are the reminders I share with my clients to help them stop saying 'tomorrow' and start building their best self today.

Your life does not get better by chance, it gets better by change. You have to be the one to make that change happen.

"If you keep carrying old bricks, you will keep building the same house." Let go of what's holding you back to build something new and better.

"The only limit to our realization of tomorrow will be our doubts of today." Let go of your doubts and believe in what's possible.

"You will never change your life until you change the habits you do daily." Small, consistent actions are the key to transformation.

"Discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishments." Stay focused and consistent, and you will reach your goals.

One of the most important daily disciplines is to exercise. Set realistic goals like walking 5,000 steps or completing a 30-minute workout. Doing it with a partner can make it more enjoyable.

Avoid procrastination. It often comes from feeling overwhelmed or fearing failure. Combat it by setting clear, measurable goals with specific deadlines.

Take charge of your life. Your well-being is in your hands, so be willing to take a step ahead and be in charge of your own growth.

Stop being afraid of what could go wrong and start thinking about what could go right. A simple shift in perspective can change everything.

"Sometimes you don't realize your own strength until you come face to face with your greatest weakness." Your challenges are what make you stronger.
