Milestone Birthday Backdrop & Photo Zone
The Setup
- Structure: Configuration of 2 to 3 architectural panels (Arches or U-shape) wrapped in custom matte flex prints (e.g., Floral, Amalfi Lemons).
- Balloons: One 12 to 15 foot semi-arch organic garland using pastel, chrome, and double-stuffed balloons.
- Signage: Rental of standard neon sign (Happy Birthday) or custom acrylic name cutout.
- Cake Display: Set of 3 cylindrical pedestals in varying heights wrapped to match the theme.
- Flooring: 10x6 ft vinyl floor sheet to cover venue tiles.
The Decor Details
- Florals: 2 to 3 fresh bunches of local roses and carnations attached to the backdrop.
- Lighting: 2 to 3 LED par cans for ambient wall washing.
- Logistics: Transport and labor for setup and takedown included.
Traditional Haldi & Dholki Home Setup
Backdrop & Seating
- Main Structure: 8x8 ft backdrop stand with bright festive drapes (Yellow/Magenta) or wooden Jaali screen.
- Couple Seating: Designated floor mattress (Gaddhi) setup with white sheets, 2 to 4 bolster pillows, and cushion covers.
- Flooring: 10x10 ft artificial grass turf or red carpet to define the area.
Floral & Props
- Floral Work: Approx 30 to 40 strings of Marigold (Genda) and Tuberose tassels hanging from the backdrop.
- Brass Decor: Includes 2 large Brass Urlis with water/flowers, one decorative umbrella, and standing brass lamps.
- Lighting: Fairy lights woven through floral curtains or backdrop fabrics.
Premium Outdoor Dinner Party Styling
Structures & Lights
- Ceiling Decor: Installation of zigzag fairy light canopy or hanging paper lanterns covering approx 20x20 ft (requires existing support points).
- Entrance Arch: One 7ft floral arch (rectangular or circular) with mix of fresh front-facing flowers and artificial fillers.
- Photo Zone: Rental of one vintage-style bench or Peacock Chair.
Tablescaping
- Centerpieces: Fresh floral arrangements for up to 3 long tables or 5 round tables using roses and hydrangea.
- Table Decor: Satin or Velvet runners, taper candles in glass holders, and themed placement cards.
- Chair Details: Satin sashes or small floral bunches tied to existing chairs.
- Note: Crockery and furniture rental are not included.
