Bespoke Themed Birthday Decor
Signature Backdrop & Stage
- Themed Structure: An 8ft x 8ft main backdrop designed to theme (Garden, Boho, Black & Gold) with fabric draping or printed flex on a wooden frame.
- 3D Art Installations: Includes handcrafted elements like 6 to 8 giant organza/foam flowers, macrame hangings, or thematic sunboard cutouts.
- Signage: One customized LED Neon sign (name or age) or a lit marquee number as the focal point.
Cake Display & Photo Area
- Plinths: Set of 3 cylindrical pedestals or wireframe tables for cake and return gifts, styled to match the theme.
- Fresh Florals: Two medium sized arrangements using seasonal blooms like Roses, Carnations, and Chrysanthemums placed on plinths.
- Flooring: A 10ft x 10ft matching carpet or artificial turf for the cake cutting zone.
Entrance & Logistics
- Welcome Board: Personalized 2ft x 3ft signage on a wooden easel stand with a small fresh flower bunch.
- Lighting: Basic PAR can focus lights for the backdrop.
- Manpower: Team of 3 to 4 decorators for setup and dismantle.
- Transport: Logistics included for local venues.
Traditional Floral Ceremony Decor
Ethnic Backdrop & Stage
- Main Structure: A 10ft wide backdrop featuring traditional textures like banana leaves, checkered coconut patterns, or silk drapes.
- Floral Density: Dense layers of Marigold (Genda) strings, Rajnigandha (Tuberose) tassels, and Jasmine garlands with hanging brass bells or lotus buds.
- Seating Decor: Floral wraps and side bouquets for the main seating bench or swing (swing provided by client/venue).
Traditional Props
- Brassware: Rental of 2 large traditional Brass Lamps (Kuthu Vilakku) for stage sides and 1 large Brass Urli with water and petals.
- Floor Art: A rangoli design at the stage front created using fresh flower petals (Pookalam style).
Entrance & Details
- Doorway: A lush traditional floral Thoran for the main entrance using Mango leaves and Marigolds.
- Welcome Sign: A chalkboard or wooden board with traditional calligraphy.
- Freshness Guarantee: Market sourced blooms delivered on the morning of the event.
Rustic Glam & Cocktail Setup
Atmospheric Lighting
- Fairy Light Canopy: Installation of warm white strings creating a starry night effect over the dining area (Approx. 400 to 600 sq. ft.).
- Tree & Pillar Wraps: String lights wrapped around up to 4 venue trees or pillars.
- Hanging Decor: Suspension of wicker lanterns, Edison bulbs, or floral chandeliers from the structure.
Feature Bar & Photo Zone
- Bar Styling: Decor using 2 authentic wooden barrels as a base, styled with foliage and a neon sign (Alcohol/Bartender not included).
- Photobooth: An 8ft x 8ft rustic backdrop featuring a green foliage wall or wooden pallet wall with floral bunches.
Table & Venue Styling
- Centerpieces: Up to 8 floral centerpieces for cocktail tables featuring glass vases, candles, and wildflowers.
- Entrance Arch: A rustic wooden arch draped with sheer fabric and pampas grass.
Execution
- Electricals: Includes cabling, extension boards, and rigging for the lighting setup.

Why I Love Private Celebrations
I find the most joy in styling parties that bring people together, whether it’s a low-key house get-together or a big milestone birthday bash. There’s something special about taking your ideas—sometimes vague, sometimes wild—and making them real with all the pretty pretty things. I’m hands-on, always. I want every detail to feel just right, and nothing beats the feeling of stepping back and seeing it all come alive.
