About Our Studio: People & Philosophy
When you walk into our studio, you will not find a rigid house template. We approach every interior project as a blank canvas, whether it is a private residence or a hospitality space. Our work thrives on the friction between different design disciplines, mixing raw, industrial textures with refined, soft lighting, to create environments that feel lived-in from the day you move in.
Our design process begins with a conversation about intent. Since 2012, FADD Studio has operated on the belief that a singular house style limits the potential of a room. Whether we are planning a commercial bar with historical influences or a residential interior that plays with natural light and shadow, our goal is to build a space that tells your specific story.
We focus on what we call quiet luxury. This means avoiding temporary trends in favor of materials that age well and layouts that prioritize how you actually move through a room. We handle structural modifications, furniture fabrication, and technical execution, but our primary role is to ensure the final result does not look like a showroom. It should look like a life well-lived.
Our collaborative dynamic as a team is our greatest asset. By bringing different viewpoints to the table, we challenge each other to discard the expected solution and find the one that fits your needs. We are hands-on, working with contractors and architects to ensure that the vision we sketch on paper translates accurately into the finished site.
