Ventura Gallery: Retail Interior Design in Hyderabad
We designed this showroom as a series of 'mini-homes,' blending retail strategy with the comfort of a lived-in space through a neutral, textured palette.

About Ventura Gallery, Hyderabad: A Curated Retail Experience
Instead of a standard open floor plan, we structured the Ventura Gallery as a series of distinct 'mini-homes.' By tracing the actual layout of a house—separating the living, dining, and outdoor zones with curved walls and sheer curtains—we allow visitors to visualize how these furniture pieces function within their own living rooms.
Retail design involves storytelling that goes beyond simple product arrangement. At the Ventura Gallery, our goal was to build a canvas that lets the furniture—fine European pieces—act as the main focus. We employed a 'Warm Minimalism' approach, relying on a neutral palette and textured finishes like lime-washed walls and dark, exposed ceilings to ground the space.
Our Approach to Retail Flow
- Non-linear Zoning: Using curved walls and transitional passages creates a journey rather than a fixed path, forming pockets of intimacy that mirror residential living.
- Layered Lighting: We integrated magnetic track systems and sculptural fixtures to highlight merchandise without disrupting the moody, atmospheric vibe.
- Material Contrast: Mixing raw elements, such as cement micro-topping floors, with refined architectural partitions creates a balance that feels sophisticated yet accessible.
