We set up stages, sound, crowd layouts, and safety gear for concerts and music festivals, using our own barricades and scaffolding to handle big crowds and all weather, so artists and fans don’t have to worry about the setup.

Mid-Size Concert Production Package
Stage & Structure
- Main Deck: 40ft x 30ft professional stage deck with anti-skid marine ply flooring and adjustable height (4ft to 6ft).
- Roofing: Aluminum box trussing roof system with weather-resistant canopy (outdoor) or flown truss (indoor).
- Access: Two stage staircases with handrails and one heavy equipment loading ramp.
Audio & Visuals
- Sound System: Mid-range Line Array system (JBL/RCF) with 16 tops and 8 dual 18-inch subwoofers for 100dB coverage.
- Console: Industry-standard digital mixing console (Avid Venue or DiGiCo SD series).
- LED Wall: P3.9mm High-Definition LED backdrop (approx. 200 sq. ft.), configurable as a single wall or split screens.
Lighting Rig
- Fixtures: 24 Beam Moving Heads (Sharpies), 12 LED Wash lights, and 4 Audience Blinders.
- Effects: 2 Haze machines for beam visibility and basic confetti blasts.
- Control: GrandMA2 or Avolites lighting console with a programmed lighting designer.
Power & Crew
- Generator: 125 kVA acoustically silenced generator with fuel and cabling up to 50 meters.
- Technicians: Full technical team including riggers, sound engineers, lighting designers, and stage hands.
Stadium Scale Structural Infrastructure
Heavy-Duty Construction
- Layher System: Premium German-engineered modular scaffolding (Ring-lock) for massive stages (60ft+ width, 40ft+ height) and multi-level decks.
- Roof System: High load-bearing truss roof capable of supporting 5-8 tonnes of flown equipment like lights and LED screens.
- Cantilever Wings: Dedicated structural wings for hanging main PA systems and large format IMAG screens.
Support Towers
- Delay Towers: 2-4 standalone scaffolding towers for delay speakers distributed across the venue.
- FOH Structure: Multi-level Front of House tower (typically 2-storey) for crew, consoles, and follow-spot operators.
- Camera Risers: Vibration-free platforms for broadcast cameras.
Safety Standards
- Certification: Structural stability certificate provided by a chartered engineer (wind-load rated).
- Finish: Marine-grade non-slip ply with black masking for all visible areas.
- Weatherproofing: Heavy-duty PVC skins for roof and side walls.
VIP Zone and Crowd Safety Setup
Crowd Control Hardware
- MOJO Barricades: F5 proprietary lightweight aluminium barricades for Front of Stage pit safety (up to 300 running feet).
- Cable Safety: Heavy-duty Yellow Jacket cable ramps to cover ground cabling and prevent tripping.
- Perimeter: Standard 6ft masking/barricading to segregate General Access vs VIP areas.
VIP Infrastructure
- Tenting: Setup of Carnival Pagoda tents (High-peak white canopy) for lounges or F&B counters.
- Flooring: High-density artificial green turf installed over the VIP area ground.
Furniture & Decor
- Seating: CozyCraft furniture setup including white faux-leather sofas, cocktail tables, and banquet chairs for up to 100 VIP guests.
- Ambiance: String lights installation within the zone and a custom truss-based entrance arch.

- Safety is non-negotiable. We even made our own aluminium MOJO barricades after seeing what was missing out there. Security teams swear by them.

My Story
People ask why F5? Simple - we’re here to refresh events, make them new again. Started with just a belief: nobody should see the chaos behind a smooth event, that’s our job. Our founder Sharath, backbone of the team, still gets his hands dirty. We’ve done it all - metro launches, Sunidhi Chauhan concerts, even a small pooja in our new office. We build spaces where memories stick. Still grateful, still hungry.
