About this collection
When we build a stage for thousands, we do not just stack platforms. We use German-engineered Layher scaffolding and structural support systems, ensuring the deck stays solid under heavy PA arrays and high-energy performances. This engineering-first approach means you never have to worry about structural stability, whether you are hosting an intimate concert or a massive festival set.
Building a concert stage is about physics as much as aesthetics. At F5 Events, our production philosophy relies on modular, high-load scaffolding systems. We utilize Ring-lock Layher scaffolding for our main decks and truss roofs, capable of supporting 5-8 tonnes of flown equipment, including line arrays and LED walls. This provides the riggers and lighting designers with a safe, stable skeleton to hang their setups without compromising on production design.
Infrastructure is not just the stage. It is the crowd experience. We integrate our proprietary aluminium MOJO barricades into the front-of-house design, creating safe pit zones that withstand intense crowd pressure while allowing security teams to manage the flow efficiently. For the technical side, we manage cable safety with heavy-duty Yellow Jacket ramps, ensuring high-power AV cabling remains secure and tripping hazards are eliminated.
Whether it is an open-ground festival or an indoor show at a college campus, we scale our infrastructure to fit the venue. Our team provides structural stability certificates, ensuring that wind loads and equipment weights are calculated correctly before a single act takes the stage. We handle the logistical heavy lifting so that the technical crew can focus on the performance. From the loading ramp to the final lighting cue, our goal is to build an environment that feels rock solid.
