About this collection
Most event production focuses on the lights and sound, but the foundation is what makes a show safe. When we build, we use German-engineered Layher scaffolding. This allows us to create modular, load-bearing structures that can hold 5 to 8 tonnes of flown equipment like LED walls and lighting rigs, all while maintaining a non-slip marine-grade deck surface.
Our structural approach relies on the Layher ring-lock system. This is not just about height, but stability. Whether we are constructing a 60ft wide stage for a major festival or a complex multi-level setup for a corporate launch, our engineering teams prioritize precise load distribution. We provide structural stability reports to ensure compliance for public events.
We have managed infrastructure for diverse performers, from the technical demands of Dream Theater to the high-energy crowds at Sunidhi Chauhan concerts. For every project, we assess wind-load ratings and integrate weather-resistant canopy systems. Our inventory includes marine-grade non-slip ply flooring and heavy-duty truss roofs capable of supporting significant lighting, sound arrays, and LED screens.
