Structure & Fabrication
- Pagoda Tent: 3m x 3m high-peak "German Pagoda" tent available in pristine White or multicolor "Carnival Series."
- Weatherproofing: Heavy-duty, blackout quality PVC fabric that is 100% waterproof and wind-resistant.
- Enclosure: Three-side masking with white canvas or hard-wall partitions depending on location.
Interior & Utilities
- Flooring: Wall-to-wall non-woven exhibition carpet (Green/Red/Grey).
- Electricals: Includes 1 LED Tubelight for illumination and 1 power socket (5/15 Amp) for POS/charging.
- Furniture: 2 banquet/trestle tables with linen covers and 2 standard PVC chairs.
- Signage: Sunboard fascia branding strip on the front arch with printed Vendor Name.
Operations
- Logistics: Includes setup 12-24 hours prior to the event and post-event dismantling.
- Support: On-site maintenance team for immediate repairs during festival hours.

- Seating: Provision of 6-seater wooden picnic benches or round tables with banquet chairs.
- Lighting: Integrated serial string lights, par cans, or hanging lanterns for evening illumination.

- Main Arch: Custom 20ft wide Box Truss arch clad with thematic flex/sunboard branding.

We turn empty spaces into buzzing festivals and exhibitions. At F5 Events, I handle everything that makes your event actually work on the ground, from the first tent pole to the last signboard. If you’ve got a wild idea or just a big empty maidan, I’m the one who figures out how to make it all come together.
What I Build
- Vendor zones and stalls: From simple pagoda tents to those flashy carnival pagodas, I set up the whole marketplace. Custom backdrops, counters, and all the tables and chairs you need.
- Smart layouts: I plan the flow so people don’t get stuck or lost. Zoning for food, activities, and stages, with clear walkways (sometimes with turf or carpet) and barricades for crowd management.
- Tents and weather cover: Big tents for exhibitions, shaded canopies for workshops, and colourful drapes to keep things festive and dry.
- Grand entrances: Thematic arches and proper ticketing counters with queue systems, so entry is smooth and looks good in photos.
- Ambiance and branding: Bunting, lanterns, 3D event names, directional signs, and lighting that actually makes a difference, especially after sunset.

My Story
People ask why F5? Simple - we’re here to refresh events, make them new again. Started with just a belief: nobody should see the chaos behind a smooth event, that’s our job. Our founder Sharath, backbone of the team, still gets his hands dirty. We’ve done it all - metro launches, Sunidhi Chauhan concerts, even a small pooja in our new office. We build spaces where memories stick. Still grateful, still hungry.
