Formal Inauguration & Ceremonial Setup (200 Pax)
Infrastructure & Staging
- Main Stage: 24ft x 16ft platform with safety-rated stairs, commercial-grade carpeting (Red/Grey), and black masking/skirting.
- Backdrop: Large format (24ft x 10ft) matte-finish flex backdrop on a wooden frame, designed to be glare-free for press photography.
- Weather Protection: 2 units of German Pagoda tents (5m x 5m) for VIP holding area or reception desk.
Seating & Furniture
- VIP Zone: 10 to 12 Premium single-seater leatherette sofas (Beige/Cream) with centre tables and floral centerpieces.
- General Seating: 200 Banquet chairs dressed in wrinkle-free Lycra covers with color-coordinated satin sashes.
- Carpeting: Installation of synthetic turf for the VIP enclosure and a formal Red Carpet walkway from entrance to stage.
Audio & Protocol
- Speech System: Anti-feedback PA system (JBL/RCF equivalent) with 2 Podium Goose-neck microphones and 2 Cordless handheld mics.
- Ceremonial Kit: Inauguration ribbon, ceremonial scissors on a velvet tray, and a traditional brass lamp (Deepam) with oil and wicks.
- Signage: Welcome standee at the entrance and directional signage for seating zones.

- Entrance Experience: Custom-fabricated 3D entrance arch or tunnel featuring brand logo and campaign theme colors.

Launch Mechanics & Tech

- Crowd Control: Mojo barricades (front of stage) and zinc-sheet perimeter fencing for venue boundaries.
Visuals & Audio (Concert Grade)
- LED Wall: High-brightness Outdoor LED backdrop (P3/P4 pixel pitch, approx. 16ft x 10ft) for daylight visibility.
- Sound System: Flying Line-Array audio system (8 to 12 tops + matching subwoofers) designed for long-throw coverage.
- Lighting: Intelligent lighting package including Par cans for wash and 4 to 6 Moving Heads for dynamic effects.
Seating & Utilities
- Capacity: Arrangement for 500 guests using a mix of VIP Banquet chairs and standard armless chairs.
- Power: High-capacity silent Diesel Generators (125 kVA) with redundancy (backup) to ensure zero downtime.
- Safety: Fire extinguishers at key points and cable ramps to prevent tripping hazards.

My Story
People ask why F5? Simple - we’re here to refresh events, make them new again. Started with just a belief: nobody should see the chaos behind a smooth event, that’s our job. Our founder Sharath, backbone of the team, still gets his hands dirty. We’ve done it all - metro launches, Sunidhi Chauhan concerts, even a small pooja in our new office. We build spaces where memories stick. Still grateful, still hungry.
