About My Coaching Philosophy
When you sign up for training with me, you are not paying for a standard 60-minute session. You are investing in years of my expertise, the science-backed methods that deliver results, and a partner who holds you accountable on the days you want to quit. Most programs fail because they are built on guesswork, but my approach is built entirely on your specific body composition and individual goals.
I started Evolution Academy because I saw too many people wasting time, money, and health on random gym routines and social media fads. They ask 'yen madodu?' (what to do?), and get stuck in a loop of confusion.
My philosophy is simple: fitness is an investment. It is not just about the number on the scale; it is about stamina, strength, and mental clarity. Whether you are a parent, an athlete, or working a desk job in Kundapura, you need a plan that fits your life, not a one-size-fits-all copy-paste routine.
Why I Focus on Science, Not Guesswork
