I bring my Maharashtrian spice box to your city. Whether it’s a live kitchen pop-up in Delhi or an immersive food tour at Pawna Lake, I’m here to share the real, zhanzhaneet flavours of home with you.

Sharing stories and explaining the nuances of Maharashtrian cuisine to a curious audience during my culinary culture exchange in Isumi, Japan.

When my friends from Japan visited Mumbai, I had to give them a real food tour, from my favourite Malvani spots to classic Irani cafés.

An invitation to one of my culinary homestay experiences at Pawna Lake. It's a perfect weekend getaway with specially curated meals, a barbeque, and beautiful monsoon views.

Presenting a spread of Maharashtrian flavours at a food pop-up at The Lodhi in New Delhi. We served crowd favourites like Thecha, Misal, and Saoji Chicken.

So much joy hosting my 'Travellers Feast' pop-up at the famous Suzie's in Goa. I served dishes inspired by my travels, like Coorg Mutton and Kerala Beef Roast.

A quiet moment of satisfaction during the Goa pop-up. Seeing people enjoy a plate of Prawns Ghee Roast that I've cooked is an incredible feeling.

With the amazing kitchen team at Suzie's in Goa. Collaborations like these are intense but so rewarding, and it's the teamwork that makes it all happen.

The announcement for my Chennai pop-up. I collaborated with a local chef to bring the bold flavours of Maharashtra to a new city.

In the kitchen during my 3-day Maharashtrian food festival in Chennai. The response was amazing, with people loving the zanzaneet spice.

Kothimbir Wadi was one of the biggest hits in Chennai. It's a classic Maharashtrian snack that people couldn't get enough of.

About Travel with Food: Culinary Pop-Ups & Tours

When I travel, it’s not just about eating—it’s about connection. I partner with local chefs in cities like Delhi, Chennai, and even Japan to bring my 'Maharashtrian spice box' into their kitchens. It’s always an intense, beautiful exchange of techniques and stories, creating a menu that bridges the gap between my family’s Kolhapuri recipes and the local palate.

More Than Just a Meal

My 'Travel with Food' philosophy is simple: I hunt for food gems across India, then bring those flavours back to share. When I host a pop-up—whether at The Lodhi in Delhi or collaborating with local chefs in Chennai—I’m not just serving food. I’m sharing the history of a 'vatan' (masala paste) or explaining why a specific chilies from Kolhapur makes a difference in the 'tari' (spicy oil layer).

Why Book a Pop-Up or Food Tour?

  • The Authentic Experience: You get to taste food that rarely makes it to restaurant menus, cooked with the same care as my Aai’s kitchen.
  • Community Connection: These events are designed to be intimate. We eat together, share travel stories, and bond over the common language of good food.
  • Beyond the Plate: Whether you are joining me for a weekend homestay at Pawna Lake or a multi-course pop-up, you’ll walk away with stories about the ingredients, the sourcing, and the culture of Maharashtra.

How It Works

I am constantly on the road, looking for new spaces and new friends. If you want to host a pop-up in your city, or are looking for a curated food trail that goes deeper than the usual tourist spots, let’s talk. My pop-ups are collaborative, meaning I work closely with local teams to ensure the integrity of every dish—from the humble Kothimbir Wadi to the robust Saoji Mutton.
