Whether you are looking to master my Aai’s recipes in a hands-on workshop or join my table for a traditional home-cooked feast, everything I do is about stories, spice, and genuine connection.

This is what it's all about for me. Sharing a traditional, home-cooked meal on a banana leaf with new friends from across the world. The smiles and full bellies at my supper club table are my biggest reward.

In my workshops, I don't just share recipes, I share the secrets. Here, I'm explaining the importance of 'tari', the flavourful oil layer that makes Maharashtrian dishes like Misal so special. It's these little details that bring the real taste of my Aai's cooking to life.

My kitchen is a hands-on space. You won't just be watching, you'll be chopping, stirring, and frying yourself. Here's a guest from my recent Mumbai cooking class getting the hang of tempering spices for a classic Maharashtrian dish.

My motto is "travel for food, travel with food." I host intimate culinary journeys to places that have inspired me, like this soulful trip through Kerala. We explore spice gardens, cook traditional sadhya meals, and truly understand a cuisine from its roots.

This is my signature Kolhapuri Mutton. Many think Kolhapuri food is just fiery red, but it's about a deep, enjoyable spice that comes from authentic masalas, not artificial colours. This is the real deal, just like you'd find in Kolhapur.

Taking the zhanzhaneet flavours of Maharashtra all the way to Japan was a dream come true. This collage captures moments from my first international culinary pop-up, sharing my food and culture with an amazing, food-loving crowd.

People say my face lights up when I talk about food, and it's true. This shot was taken during the filming of a French documentary on turmeric, a spice so central to our cooking. Food is my passion, and I love sharing its stories.

Welcome to my home. Before my guests arrive for a supper club, I love setting the table. Fresh banana leaves, marigold flowers, and traditional steel glasses create the perfect atmosphere for an evening of good food and great conversation.

About Featured

Think of these experiences as dinner with an old friend rather than a formal restaurant booking. When you join my supper club in Santacruz, you aren't just eating, you are sitting down to a 5-course feast served on banana leaves, listening to stories about how these recipes traveled from my family kitchen to your plate. It is intimate, unhurried, and genuinely home-cooked.

Food is how I connect, whether it is a hands-on masterclass in Mumbai or a culinary tour in Kerala. When I say Kolhapuri, I mean zhanzhaneet, that vibrant, spice-forward flavour that relies on home-ground masalas rather than artificial colours.

My Culinary Experiences

  • Supper Clubs & Home Dining: Intimate gatherings hosted in my Santacruz home for 4 to 10 guests. We focus on regional thalis, unlimited Indrayani rice, and shared travel stories. It is the perfect setting to relax and bond over food.
  • Regional Cooking Masterclasses: These are small, hands-on batches. We do not just watch, we chop, grind, and temper. You will learn the base 'vatan' and 'tari' techniques that define authentic Maharashtrian and South Indian cooking. You leave with recipes and the confidence to recreate them.
  • Culinary Travel & Pop-ups: From pop-ups in Japan to spice tours in Kerala, I am always taking my Maharashtrian heritage on the road. My travel experiences are for anyone who wants to learn where the ingredients come from, right at the source.

All Mumbai-based sessions happen in my home studio. Whether you are a local Mumbaikar or a visitor looking for a slice of real regional life, come with a big appetite and be ready to make some new friends.
