When you book a birthday setup, I handle the full installation, which takes about 3 to 4 hours. My team brings the frame, the 300-plus balloons, and the props you have selected, and we assemble everything on-site so you do not have to lift a finger. We also handle the teardown afterward, leaving your space clean once the party finishes.
Every birthday is different, and I work with the space you have. Whether you are hosting a small gathering at home or a larger event in a hall, my setups are designed to fit your venue. I specialize in organic balloon arches, which use a mix of metallic, chrome, and matte balloons to create a fuller, more modern look than standard balloon chains.
What goes into your setup
- Backdrop Frames: I use sturdy 8x8ft circular or square truss frames that provide a solid base for the decor.
- Themed Details: From jungle and mermaid themes to character cutouts and marquee lights, I align the decor with what your child likes.
- Neon & Glow: I include 'Happy Birthday' or personalized neon signs and light-up numbers to make the cake-cutting area pop in photos.
- Logistics: I provide a 2-person team for all setups in Bengaluru. We manage the delivery, the 3-hour assembly, and the final breakdown, so you can focus on the party.
