My heart's in themed birthday setups, especially for kids. I love crafting first birthday decoration ideas that turn the whole room into a dream space. Themes like unicorns, mermaids, butterflies, or a classic princess themed birthday setup are my go-tos, but I can switch it up for any age or vibe. Pastel balloon decorations for birthdays?
