How We Build Champions

To compete at the state and national level, you have to train like a machine. It is not just about time on the rink; it is about precision. My competitive program in Bengaluru goes beyond basic movement, focusing on the technical edge that separates a participant from a medalist.

• Technical Precision: We drill on double push techniques, corner crossovers, and maintaining aerodynamic body posture under high speed.
• Dry-Land Conditioning: Real speed is built off the skates too. We utilize slide boards for lateral movement and drag parachutes to build explosive quad strength.
• Ice Preparation: For those looking to bridge into ice skating, we apply specific dry-land exercises to adapt your roller mechanics for the ice.

Where We Train

We operate out of dedicated rinks in Rajarajeshwari Nagar and JP Nagar. These locations are set up for intensive batches, not just recreation. My wife Swathi manages the academy, ensuring that while the training intensity is high, every athlete gets the individual correction they need to fix their form.

The Path to Nationals

Our journey starts with conditioning and moves quickly to race tactics. We track progress from district selection trials to the national circuit. If you are serious about representing your state, this is where the work begins. Bring your gear, your focus, and be ready to push past your limits. This is a family-run academy, but when we are on the rink, we are strictly focused on performance.
