Earning a spot at the National Roller Skating Championships is no small feat—it requires months of disciplined race-smart training, tactical drafting practice, and mastering aerodynamic cornering. When our skaters head to the rink for selection trials, they carry the grit and rigorous preparation we focus on during our sessions at our Koramangala and PLaY Arena, Sarjapur facilities.

Becoming a representative for the Bangalore District or Karnataka State isn't just about being fast on wheels; it is about race-craft. In our Elite Championship Batch, we break down every aspect of a race. We focus heavily on drafting—learning to hide from the wind to save energy—and perfecting finish-line lunges that can shave critical milliseconds off a lap time.

We train for the full spectrum of competitive disciplines. Whether it is Speed Inline Skating, where technique and endurance are paramount, or Inline and Roller Hockey, which require explosive movement and team awareness, our sessions are designed to mirror real competition pressure.

We align our training calendars with the Roller Skating Federation of India (RSFI) schedules. This means our skaters are not just 'practicing'; they are in a constant cycle of tapering, peaking, and recovery to ensure they are at their physical and mental best during the selection trials. We also use video analysis to review racing lines and split seconds, helping our students understand exactly where they can improve.
