My Journey: From Skater to National Coach
Skating has been my compass since I was five, taking me from local parks to the international podium. Today, I bring that same dedication to my students, helping them find their rhythm on and off the skates.
A look back at my journey. From being the youngest athlete at the Asia Roller Skating Championship to representing India and now coaching over 10,000 students, skating is my life's passion.
I am excited to announce that the 62nd National Roller Skating Championship will be held in Mysuru. As an international skater and member of KRSA, I invite you all to join us.
My journey has been filled with trophies and milestones, but my greatest achievement is seeing my students succeed. This collage captures moments from my own skating career.

About My Journey: From Skater to Coach
My coaching philosophy isn't just about teaching you how to balance on wheels, it is about building the same mental grit I needed for the Asia Roller Skating Championship. Whether you are a beginner looking for your first pair of skates or an athlete aiming for the national team, you will learn the same techniques that helped me win over 100 gold medals. If you want a coach who has lived the race, let’s talk about your training goals.
My path on skates began at the age of five, and it has defined every chapter of my life since. By twelve, I was representing India at the 6th Asia Roller Skating Championship in Japan, and I have spent decades refining the discipline and focus required to perform at the highest levels.
When I founded the Esther Roller Skating Club (ERSC) in 2005 with 40 students, my goal was simple: to create a space where skaters could learn the craft properly. Today, we have grown into a family of over 10,000 students across Bangalore, training at our bases in St. Francis School, Koramangala, and PLaY Arena in Sarjapur.
I believe that success in skating is 20 percent on-skate skill and 80 percent mental toughness. My training programs focus on the fundamentals—aerodynamic posture, weight transfer, and race tactics—that helped me secure my own Masters National Champion title. I personally oversee the curriculum for everything from recreational skating to elite championship preparation, including specialized mentorship for children with special needs.
I don't believe in quick fixes. Whether we are training for speed, alpine, or ice disciplines, I push my students to practice as if they have never won and perform as if they have never lost. If you are ready to put in the work, I am ready to guide you.
Esther Roller Skating Club
I started Esther Roller Skating Club because I know exactly what it takes to go from a nervous beginner to a national champion. I treat every student like family, because that is how I was taught, and that is how we build strong athletes.
