About Learning the Moves: Flips, Tumbles & Rolls
We keep our batches small, with a 1:10 coach-to-student ratio, so your child is not just another face in the crowd. Whether it is nailing that first handstand or perfecting a back handspring, our coaches are right there on the mat to guide, spot, and cheer them on.
At Twistars, we believe gymnastics is for everyone. Whether you are 3 or 50, our training is built around individual progress. We focus on foundational floor skills—forward rolls, cartwheels, and bridges—before moving to complex tumbling sequences.
Our training philosophy is simple: we teach you how to fall safely so you can learn to fly. We use specialized equipment like the air track and foam pit to break down difficult moves into manageable steps. This means you gain the confidence to attempt a flip without the fear that usually comes with it.
We operate out of fully equipped, high-ceiling facilities in Kalyan Nagar, Amruthahalli, and RT Nagar, designed specifically for safety and skill development. You will not find overcrowding here. Each session is structured to ensure every student gets ample time on the mats and focused attention from the instructor.
