We do not believe in drill-based physical education. When your child steps onto our mats for yoga or enters the martial arts studio, they are learning to regulate their energy. Whether it is the calm of International Yoga Day or the discipline of a martial arts form, these sessions are structured to help students understand the connection between their breath, their focus, and their physical performance.
