About K-12 International School Program
Not Your Typical School
I see school as far more than textbooks and tests. My goal is to help kids figure out their ‘why’ and turn imagination into something real. That means mixing up the usual routine - students here don’t just memorize, they learn to think, make, and do.
Learning With Purpose
Everything I do runs on purpose-based learning. Kids connect what they pick up in class to actual problems and their own interests. It’s not rote stuff - it’s about turning curious minds into problem-solvers, doers, and even the next line of innovators. Alongside academics, there’s a big focus on empathy, character, and social responsibility.
How We Do It
- Students dive into real projects and hands-on experiences all the time.
- I use design thinking for K-12 students across subjects, so problem-solving and empathy become second nature.
- Inquiry-based learning in international schools is part of daily life here: kids ask, dig, analyze, and find connections between subjects.
- Projects go from building with the Singapore Math method to creating filtration devices. Basically, kids learn by actually doing.
Unique Learning Pathways
There are four tracks: design, making, IT & society, and innovation & entrepreneurship. Each lets students explore what really grabs them, whether it’s making things or understanding the tech shaping our world.
Designed for Creativity
Open spaces, natural light, and flexible zones mean students can work together or solo, experiment in the Makery, or get creative in the Atelier art studio.
The Whole Child
It’s not all academics. Life skills, mindfulness, and emotional support are part of the deal. There are also adventures outside the classroom, from trekking to camping.
Parents: We're In This Together
I see this as a partnership with parents. Your approach matters as much as ours for your child’s growth. We’re all learning, together.

My Story
We started Ekya Nava because, honestly, the old way of schooling just didn’t fit the world our kids are walking into. We wanted a place where kids could actually build, create, mess up, try again—right in the Makery or the design lab, not just on paper. Our campus is all about sparking curiosity, not just cramming facts. We’re not just teaching kids, we’re working with families too—growing together, learning together. That’s the heart of it.
My Work
