About Parenting & Family Wellness Workshops
Parenting is messy, beautiful, and sometimes exhausting. At Ekya Nava, I get that. I don’t believe in perfect parents - just ones who show up, listen, and try. My workshops are here to help you grow side by side with your child, not just manage them.
For Parents: Space to Reflect & Learn
- The focus is on conscious parenting habits, not strict rules. I’ll share ways to shift from “Why won’t you listen?” to “What’s really going on?”
- You’ll get practical tips for tantrums, screen time management for families, and building routines that actually fit your life.
- Mindfulness techniques for children are part of the mix, but I keep it simple and doable - nothing fancy, just small steps you can use at home.
Sessions often feature experts like psychotherapists and pediatricians, so you’ll get answers to real questions - from handling guilt to figuring out childhood fears.
For Families: Bonding That Feels Real
- Parent-child creative activities are at the heart of what I do. We paint, build, and get our hands dirty together. It’s not about the final product, but the laughs and memories you make.
- Nature and adventure aren’t just buzzwords - we actually go out, trek, camp, and experience WildShaale.
- Everything happens here at my Panathur campus, mostly weekends, so it’s easy to fit in.
If you want to show up for your kids and yourself, and you’re okay with some chaos mixed with connection, these workshops are for you.

My Story
We started Ekya Nava because, honestly, the old way of schooling just didn’t fit the world our kids are walking into. We wanted a place where kids could actually build, create, mess up, try again—right in the Makery or the design lab, not just on paper. Our campus is all about sparking curiosity, not just cramming facts. We’re not just teaching kids, we’re working with families too—growing together, learning together. That’s the heart of it.
My Work
What We Offer - Full K-12 international school with focus on innovation, creativity, design. Plus, hands-on workshops, summer camps, and parent-child treks.
Learn - Think - Do Approach - No rote stuff. Kids learn concepts, brainstorm, then actually do—real hands-on learning for kids.
Future-Ready Pathways - Students choose paths like design thinking in education, making, IT & society, or innovation & entrepreneurship.
Makery & Creative Spaces - Makery for building and tinkering, Atelier for art—every space made to get kids curious and working with their hands.
Families Grow Too - We run conscious parenting workshops and sessions on emotional well-being for parents, because kids do better when families grow together.
