We do not just teach you how to punch. We build the discipline of a soldier inside and outside the ring. Whether you are starting from zero or sharpening your skills for a bout, our training is about sweat, grit, and results.
Training doesn't stop at the gym. Here is a look at a personal coaching session, showing how we conduct pad work and striking drills for home workouts.
Building a fighter's body requires dedicated strength and conditioning. Our fitness centre is equipped for serious athletic training, focusing on developing the power needed inside the ring.
About Our Training Programs
We do not sell gym memberships, we build fighters. Every 60 to 90-minute session, whether it is Muay Thai, MMA, or Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, follows a military-style discipline. You will be pushed, you will sweat, and you will learn to fight with heart.
Martial arts is our life, not just a business. My team and I built these centers from scratch, working through the same struggles many of you face today. Because we know what it takes to start with nothing, we created an environment where everyone can grow, from total newbies to aspiring pros.
Our Core Disciplines
We focus on the 'art of eight limbs', Muay Thai, which is our specialty. Our curriculum is structured to take you through fundamental drills to advanced combat concepts. We offer:
- Muay Thai & Kickboxing: The core of our stand-up striking, focusing on power, speed, and technique.
- MMA & BJJ: A complete ground game, essential for modern combat sports.
- Strength & Conditioning: We don't use fancy machines. We use trap bars, tires, and bodyweight movements to build the athletic power you need inside the ring.
The Training Experience
Our facilities are non-AC and industrial-style because that is where real work happens. We offer:
- Group Classes: High-energy sessions for all levels.
- One-on-One Coaching: If you need specific attention for weight loss or fight prep.
- Home Workouts: For when you cannot make it to the center.
We provide diet charts to help with your goals, whether that is muscle gain or shedding weight. If you stick with us, you can participate in our grading camps to test your progress and earn certifications. For those who want to compete, we run dedicated fight camps for district and state-level bouts. We have centers in Marathahalli, Doddanekundi, Varthur, and on ITPL Main Road. Come ready to work.
