Our Veg Sushi Roll Moriawase Platter is a vibrant medley of our finest vegetarian sushi. It features a variety of rolls, including asparagus tempura, avocado, and cucumber, all beautifully arranged and full of flavor.

This is our Asparagus Tempura Sushi roll. Crispy asparagus tempura is rolled with sushi rice and drizzled with a sweet soy glaze, creating a delicious vegetarian option that even non-vegetarians love.

Our Spring Vegetables Tempura features a mix of seasonal vegetables, lightly battered and fried to golden perfection. This video shows our chef carefully plating the dish, which was a highlight of our Sakura menu.

This video shows the simple elegance of our Tofu no Koi, or "A Love Affair with Tofu." Silky tofu is plated on beautiful ceramic dishes and drizzled with soy sauce, creating a dish that melts in your mouth.
