This is our Open Inari Zushi from the spring Sakura menu. Sweet and savory tofu pouches are filled with seasoned rice and topped with beautiful garnishes, celebrating the flavors of the season.

My talented team of chefs and servers, pictured here under the beautiful cherry blossoms we set up for our Sakura season celebration. We were thrilled to share this special time with our guests.

A closer look at the Open Inari Zushi from our Sakura menu. This video shows the variety of toppings we used, from fresh asparagus to savory simmered mushrooms, each adding a unique flavor and texture.

Watch our chef prepare a refreshing Japanese Kani Salad. It's made with crab sticks, crisp vegetables, and a creamy sesame dressing, making it a light and flavorful starter for our Sakura menu.

Our Spring Vegetables Tempura features a mix of seasonal vegetables, lightly battered and fried to golden perfection. This video shows our chef carefully plating the dish, which was a highlight of our Sakura menu.

This is an Osechi-Box, a special meal traditionally eaten during the Japanese New Year. Each item in the box is symbolic, representing wishes for health, happiness, and prosperity in the year to come. We offer this as a special menu item.

This is our Grilled Corn with Garlic Butter Cheese, a seasonal special from our August menu. Sweet corn is grilled until lightly charred and then slathered in a rich, savory sauce for a comforting and indulgent appetizer.

A vibrant Avocado and Tomato Salad, tossed in a Japanese-style dressing. This was part of our special Sakura menu, celebrating the fresh flavors of spring.

About Seasonal & Special Menus

Our seasonal menu shifts with the rhythms of nature in Japan. Because we fly in key ingredients to ensure the flavors remain authentic, these dishes are available only while supplies last. When you see something specific you like, it is best to inquire about availability before your visit.

Eating with the seasons is a foundational part of Japanese culinary culture. At Ebisu, we aim to bring that tradition to our guests in Delhi and Gurugram. Our seasonal specials are not just additions to the menu, they are snapshots of a particular time in Japan. For instance, our spring Sakura menu features delicate flavors like Open Inari Zushi and fresh vegetable tempura that embody the lightness of the season. In summer, we pivot to comfort food like grilled corn with garlic butter and cheese, offering a nod to Japanese street food culture.

We source ingredients with care, often flying them in directly from Japan to ensure the taste profile is exactly as you would find in an izakaya or restaurant back home. This means our menu is dynamic. Whether it is the traditional Osechi boxes served during the New Year to pray for good health, or our monthly rotations like the Taiwan Ramen, the goal is to provide a 'honmono' or genuine experience. If you are planning a visit specifically for one of these seasonal items, we recommend reaching out to our Saket or Golf Course Road teams in advance to confirm availability.
