Vegetarian food shouldn't be an afterthought. We make our silken tofu from scratch and toss it in bold, Sichuan-inspired sauces that prove veggie dishes can be the star of the table.

My Mapo Tofu is a vegetarian showstopper. I use house-made silken tofu and fresh greens like bok choy, all tossed in a rich and spicy Sichuan sauce.

Here is my Mapo Tofu, packed and ready for delivery. It's a great option for a meal for two or as part of a larger catering order for 200.

You can still have an exquisite Asian meal even if you're going veggie. This dish features crispy cauliflower tossed in a sweet and spicy sauce, a favorite on my vegetarian menu.
