My team handles the entire experience, from setup and elegant food presentation to service and cleanup, allowing you to enjoy your event. Perfect for parties, celebrations, or corporate gatherings, our sushi and sashimi platters are designed to impress. I use top-quality fish, including selections flown in from Japan, to create a stunning and delicious centerpiece for your event. Platters can be fully customized to include your favorite rolls, nigiri, and sashimi.

Beyond the platters, I offer a wide selection of individual sushi rolls and nigiri, each crafted with precision and the finest ingredients.
