Upgrade Your Skills – Not Your Usual Karate Class
Kabhi kabhi lagta hai, regular class se aage badhna hai toh thoda extra lagana padta hai. That’s why I run these high-intensity karate seminars. Here, it’s all about mehnat (hard work) - you’ll sweat, learn, and fight smarter.
What Makes These Seminars Different
- Focused on Kumite sparring workshop - drills, strategy, and real fight practice
- Mix of advanced karate training session and basics, so both intermediate and black belts feel the burn
- Small group work, lots of one-on-one practice
- Guest instructor karate seminar - you get to learn directly from legends like Hanshi Bharat Sharma and gold medalist Pranny Sharma
Who Joins In
- Anyone who’s serious about pushing themselves - kids, adults, intermediate to black belt
- Don’t worry about the word “advanced” - bas will chahiye, technique aa jayegi (just need willpower, technique will follow)
What Happens in a Day
- Intense warm-ups, agility drills, and conditioning
- Practice with Ichi, Ni, San! echoing in the air
- Full-on sparring – gear up with gloves and guards, face different partners
- Power training with punching bags and kick shields
