Standard Day-Scholar Training
Technical Training
- Schedule: 3 sessions per week (approx. 2.5 to 3 hours per session).
- Surfaces: Access to Turf, Astro-turf, and Cement wickets to adapt to varying bounce.
- Drills: Repetitive technical work (hanging ball, cone drills) and bowling machine usage.
- Analysis: Basic video motion analysis using tablets for error detection.
Physical Conditioning
- Fitness: Endurance running, agility ladder drills, and bodyweight strength work.
- Physio: Quarterly screening by outsourced partner (Matteo Physio) for injury prevention.
- Mental Prep: Group sessions with Head Coach focusing on temperament and match mindset.
Facility & Exclusions
- Ground: Access to Backyard Sports Club field (approx. 70m boundary).
- Amenities: RO Water stations and container-based changing areas.
- Note: One-time registration fee (approx. ₹5,000), uniform, and personal cricket kit are not included in the monthly fee.
Residential Athlete Program (Non-AC)
Accommodation & Boarding
- Room Type: Shared dormitory-style room (Non-AC) with fans.
- Occupancy: Typically 4 to 6 athletes per room with standard bedding.
- Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner included (Vegetarian-focused, carb-heavy menu for energy).
- Utilities: Common washrooms, RO drinking water, Wi-Fi access, and communal laundry facilities.
Intensive Coaching
- Frequency: Daily training schedule (5 to 6 days/week) combining morning fitness and evening skill work.
- Conditioning: Gym sessions (basic weights), pool recovery, and endurance drills in nearby Aravali hillocks.
- Tracking: Monthly review of fitness parameters and skill execution.
Security
- Safety: Round-the-clock security guard and CCTV surveillance at the hostel premises.
Premium Residential Program (AC)
Upgraded Accommodation
- Climate Control: Air-Conditioned (AC) room, essential for recovery during summer months.
- Room Type: Superior shared room with lower occupancy (typically 2-3 sharing) and dedicated storage.
- Boarding: Full board included (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner).
Holistic Development
- Facility Access: Unlimited access to nets, gym, open ground, and swimming pool.
- Match Practice: Priority selection for internal practice matches and tournament representation based on merit.
- Mentorship: 1-on-1 interaction opportunities with Head Coach regarding career roadmap.
Utilities
- Essentials: Wi-Fi, electricity (fair usage policy applies), and laundry services.
- Supervision: 24/7 surveillance and warden supervision.

I focus on leadership development for athletes, so you won’t just play better - you’ll think and act like a pro, on and off the field.
Fitness: Cricket-Specific Strength
No shortcuts. I mix gym workouts with cricket-specific strength training and on-field drills. That means speed, power, agility, and stamina to last through grueling matches. We keep things practical - resistance runs, ladder drills, structured weight training, and regular stretching so you stay quick and prevent stiffness. And I’m strict about sports injury prevention strategies. Physio checks, cool-downs, and recovery routines are built in, so you don’t get sidelined.
Data-Driven Training
Here, improvement isn’t a guessing game. I use data-driven fitness improvement - NCA-approved fitness tests every 3 months, video analysis for technique, and custom schedules based on your results. You’ll see exactly where you stand, and what needs work.
Facilities & Full Immersion
You get a green ground for drills, a full gym, and a swimming pool for recovery. If you’re serious, there’s a hostel and healthy meals so you can live cricket, 24x7. This program is intense, but you’ll find real growth - and sometimes, it’s tough. But if you’re ready for it, I’m with you.
