Instead of looking at how many pros passed out of an academy, spend a week watching the current sessions. See if the coach is actually correcting your grip, your stance, and your mental approach, or if you are just another kid standing in a queue waiting for your turn. If the environment does not push you to be better, no brand name will save your career.
Why We Are Different
The industry is noisy. Everyone claims to be the top cricket academy, flashing photos of former students who made it big. But ask yourself: did they make it because of the academy, or despite the crowd? At our academy, we believe the number of students on the field determines your growth. If you are one of 50 kids waiting for a 10-minute net session, you are not training; you are just showing up.
The Reality Check on Training
We focus on a few non-negotiables:
- Personal Attention: We limit batch sizes because coaching is about active form correction. If a coach is not watching your back-lift or your bowling run-up, it is just glorified practice.
- Quality Over Hype: We do not promise IPL contracts in a month. We promise that after a month, you will be a technically better cricketer than when you started.
- Match Simulation: Practicing in the nets is one thing; performing in the middle is another. Our sessions are built around real-match scenarios, not just hitting stationary balls.
