About Orthopedic & Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy
I see my work as seva - real satisfaction comes when someone walks out of our clinic with less pain and more confidence. Doesn’t matter if it’s a desk-job stiff back, a school cricket ACL tear, or just that nagging knee ache that won’t let you climb stairs. I want to help you get back to what you love.
What We Treat
- Back and neck pain (sciatica, stiffness, long work hours)
- Sports injuries - ligament tears, patellar dislocation, hamstring pulls
- Knee problems - osteoarthritis, instability, recovery after injury
- Shoulder issues - rotator cuff, instability, post-surgery rehab
- Tendon problems, sudden sprains, or those “chota mota” (small) pains that keep coming back
How We Work
- Deep-dive assessment - not just “where does it hurt?”, but “why did this happen?”
- Rehab plans that are made for you, not from a textbook
- Hands-on therapy, personalized exercise programs, and advanced techniques like dry needling and cupping if needed
- Our goal is not just fixing the injury, but making your body strong enough so you don’t have to keep coming back
Why Choose Us
We’re a team, not just a clinic. I started alone, now there’s fifteen of us. We use everything from pilates and strength training to simple stretching - whatever gets you moving. I believe your body is tougher than you think, and with the right support, you can bounce back. Sports injury rehab doesn’t mean you stop playing; joint pain physiotherapy can actually help you move better than before.

My Story
Started out solo, now we’re a team of fifteen—feels like family. Time just zipped by, but every patient’s win still hits home. One auntie with grade 3 osteoarthritis trekked to Everest Base Camp after her rehab, sent us pics. That’s what keeps us going. Guru Nanak Dev Ji said, real purpose is serving others. Whether it’s para-athletes, cricketers, or free camps at the Gurudwara, it’s all seva. Getting folks moving again is our real trophy.
My Work
All Kinds of Physiotherapy - Sports injuries, ACL reconstruction rehab, neck/back pain, hip mobility, rotator cuff, knee osteoarthritis, pelvic floor physiotherapy, and online sessions.
Hands-On & Personal - We don’t do cookie-cutter. Every plan is tailored—manual therapy, muscle activation, kinetic control, long-term strength.
For Athletes & Regular Folks - We work with MMA fighters, IPL cricketers, marathoners, and even those dreaming of Everest Base Camp injury recovery.
Teamwork All the Way - You get the brains of our whole crew, not just one physio. We plan together for what suits you best.
Keep You Moving - Goal’s simple: freedom to move, freedom to live. No injury should stop you from chasing what you love.
