Inside the Class: The Process & The Vibe

My classes aren't about applause; they're about grit, sweating it out, and finding your rhythm. If you're looking for a space to push your limits, fail, and get back up, you’re in the right place.

This is what my class is really about. It’s chaos, it’s tough, you’ll get called out for being late, and you’ll do burpees. I get nervous, you’ll get nervous. But we show up, we embrace the process, and we grow.

I expect you to get out of your comfort zone. No "It's okay wala nahi" attitude here. In my class, we push for sharpness, we look at the details, the textures, the groove. This is a little chat I had with my students.

My core philosophy: Go full out, make mistakes, fall. Fall again. And then you get up. I can't help you if you're holding back. In my class, we create a space where it's safe to struggle.

We use 90s music to get through a 4-minute plank. Fitness and conditioning are a huge part of my training. And yes, if you're late, you might have to do a Bhojpuri item number solo.

This one is for the books. A 5-hour workshop is no joke, and these are the moments of pure joy and exhaustion that make it all worth it. Look at these happy faces.

This is what the 7th hour of a dance day looks like. Pure, chaotic joy. Dance is my happy place, and sharing it with passionate people is what it's all about.

Here I am breaking down a move for a workshop. It's all about the details, like how to use your shoulders to create a wave-like motion.

A different angle of me teaching. You can see the students' reflection in the mirror, all focused and trying to get the move right.

Taking a moment to explain the feeling behind the movement. It's not just about the steps, it's about the intention.

Demonstrating a move that requires power and extension. I always encourage my students to use their full range of motion.

About Inside the Class: The Process & The Vibe

Don’t come in expecting that “chalega yaar” (it's okay, bro) attitude here. Whether it’s 50 squats for walking in late or holding a four-minute plank to 90s hits, I’m strict about one thing: showing up for yourself. We work on texture, musicality, and that "mujhe karna hai" drive, because growth is messy and that's the only way it happens.
