This is what my class is really about. It’s chaos, it’s tough, you’ll get called out for being late, and you’ll do burpees. I get nervous, you’ll get nervous. But we show up, we embrace the process, and we grow. This video is the real deal, no filters.
This piece is a love letter to my younger self. It’s about remembering why I started dancing in the first place. This is the kind of storytelling and performance we build towards with my Allstars Tribe and senior students. It’s a work in progress, just like all of us.
The Trinity Series in Delhi was pure fire. Three days of non-stop energy. This is what it feels like when you survive the madness. You’ll hear from students about the mix of Jazz, Dancehall, and Afro, and see the vibe for yourself. My back was broken, but my heart was full.
I expect you to get out of your comfort zone. No "It's okay wala nahi" attitude here. In my class, we push for sharpness, we look at the details, the textures, the groove. This is a little chat I had with my students. It’s about constant improvement.
A solo run from my Trinity series in Delhi. This is my style, my flow. I’m always working on new choreography and combos for my regular batches, pro-training, and workshops. More details on my upcoming sessions are always being announced.
The after-hours vibe in Mumbai is something else. This is from a workshop at Eight Studios, dancing with some incredible young talent. I bring this energy to every city I teach in. This is what my travelling workshops feel like.
My core philosophy: Go full out, make mistakes, fall. Fall again. And then you get up. I can't help you if you're holding back. In my class, we create a space where it's safe to struggle, because that's the only way to improve.
About this collection
We don't do 'it's okay' here. Whether you are drilling Jazz, Afro, or Urban, I focus on that 1% daily improvement, known as Kaizen. Expect intense warm-ups, strict discipline, and honest feedback that forces you to move past your comfort zone and actually sharpen your craft.
In my studio, dance is part therapy and part intense conditioning. If you are looking for a place to just groove, this might not be it. If you are looking to understand your own body, musicality, and rhythm, welcome to the tribe.
My approach revolves around 'The Trinity': a mix of Jazz, Dancehall, and Afro styles. We don't just teach steps; we dissect the music. Every session—whether it's the monthly Delhi batch or a traveling workshop—includes heavy physical conditioning. We do planks, isolation drills, and yes, the occasional 50 burpees if you are late. This isn't about being perfect; it's about being consistent.
I am transparent about the struggle. You will feel nervous, and that is completely fine—I still get nervous before my own sessions. The difference is the drive to execute. My classes are structured to give you a safe space to fail, fall, and then get back up. Whether you are an advanced beginner looking to build foundations or a pro-level dancer looking to refine your texture and stage presence, you need to show up ready to work.
We operate with a focus on community and performance, not just social media trends. From our monthly intensives at IFBC Studios in Saket to our weekend workshops in Bangalore and Mumbai, the goal is always the same: get you out of your own head and into the music.
