About this collection
Forget the 'chalega' attitude. In my Delhi regulars, we focus on kaizen—constant, tiny improvements that lead to real growth. Expect strict discipline because I don't compromise on timing. If you are late, you do burpees. These sessions are designed to push you beyond your comfort zone, whether we are drilling fundamentals or working through complex choreography for an upcoming showcase.
My regular training batches at IFBC Studios in Saket are for those who are serious about their craft. This is not a hobbyist class where you just follow steps; it is a space for dancers who want to understand the 'why' behind the movement.
The Training Structure
We operate on a 4-week cycle with two sessions per week. Each class lasts between 90 and 120 minutes. We rotate through styles including Jazz, Dancehall, Afro, Urban, and Contemporary. The goal is to build versatility. You will not just learn choreography; you will go through intense physical conditioning—including a 30 to 45-minute warm-up segment with planks and isolation drills—to ensure your body is ready for the movement.
Why Discipline Matters
I am strict about discipline because it translates directly to your performance quality. Latecomers pay the price in burpees, and we keep the energy high from the moment you step onto the floor. My classes are structured to give you both group learning and individual feedback. I constantly monitor form and spacing, because even in a group, your personal technique needs to be sharp.
