Safety-First Construction In institutional spaces, design is only as effective as its safety record. We implemented high-durability, low-VOC materials throughout the facility to create a healthy environment for children. This included:

• Child-Safe Joinery: Rounded edges and anti-pinch hardware on all cabinetry.
• Flooring Solutions: Anti-skid, easy-to-sanitize surfaces that withstand heavy daily foot traffic.
• Systems Compliance: Adhering to strict institutional building codes for electrical safety, fire norms, and air quality.

Bridging Design and Build As the general contractor, we act as the bridge between the design firm’s creativity and the site's practical limitations. Handling the custom tree-like ceiling features meant precise coordination between the structural team and the interior artisans. Whether managing material procurement for acoustic elements or ensuring the MEP infrastructure remains hidden yet accessible, we keep the process efficient. We aim to ensure the final space is as secure as it is inspiring.
