We believe a commercial space should actually work for you, not just look good. At Dnova, I handle everything for your project, so you don’t have to chase different vendors or worry about miscommunication. My aim is always to keep things clear and smooth, right from the first sketch till you get the keys.

How I Work With You

• Two ways to work together:
  • Design-Build: I take charge of everything - design, brand touches, construction, MEP, fit-outs, and handover. One point of contact. No passing the buck.
  • General Contracting: Already got a designer? I’ll work with their plans and handle all execution and site work. Your vision, delivered as promised.

What I Handle

• Strategy & Design: Smarter layouts, biophilic design (adding a bit of nature inside), and true-to-you branding in every detail.
• Construction & Fit-Out: Full civil work, custom furniture, and reliable project management. Whether it’s an office interior construction or a retail fit-out, I keep it practical, not flashy.
• Tech & MEP: All the boring but essential stuff - HVAC, lighting, IT, fire safety - sorted by my in-house team. No jugaad (makeshift fixes) here.

Spaces I Work On

Offices, hospitals, cafeterias, schools, retail showrooms, galleries, even industrial units. If it’s a commercial spot, I’ve probably done it.

I won’t promise perfection – sometimes things take longer than expected or a detail needs tweaking. But I do promise you’ll always know what’s happening, and I’ll fix what’s not right.
