This grand depiction of the Sri Rama Pattabhishekam, or the coronation of Lord Rama, is a centerpiece of devotion. We have meticulously detailed each figure, from the serene expressions of Rama and Sita to the devotion of Hanuman, all adorned with the divine glow of pure gold leaf.

The fierce and powerful Goddess Kali, captured in a dynamic pose. This custom piece, created for a client in Mumbai, uses a bold color palette and extensive gold work to convey her divine energy, making it a striking addition to any space.

Witness the creation of a Lord Balaji painting, from the delicate application of gold leaf by my father, artist Raghavendra B.B., to the finished, radiant masterpiece. This shows the careful handiwork and devotion that goes into every single piece we make.

We love seeing our art become a part of your sacred spaces. This round Ashtalakshmi painting, featuring the eight forms of the Goddess of wealth, brings a traditional and elegant focus to our client's beautiful home.

We captured the grandeur of the Mysore Dasara procession in this detailed painting. See Goddess Chamundeshwari seated in the golden howdah, surrounded by the vibrant celebration, a tribute to our rich cultural heritage in Karnataka.

A meditative portrayal of Lord Shiva, set against the Himalayas. This piece is rich with symbolism, from the Ganga flowing from his hair to the Nandi bull at his feet, all rendered with intricate gesso work and real gold to create a sense of divine tranquility.

This unique painting envisions India's cultural richness alongside its future in science and innovation. Featuring a map of India with its diverse traditions and a symbolic portrait of Elon Musk, it represents our belief in blending timeless heritage with modern progress.

The soul of a Mysore painting lies in the serene, lifelike expression of the deity. This close-up of Lord Ganesha highlights the meticulous detail and skill we use to capture a face that radiates peace and wisdom.

About Featured

When you look closely at these pieces, notice the raised textures—that is our traditional gesso work. It is not just paint on a board; we hand-apply a raised paste before adding 24kt gold leaf, which gives the jewelry and prabhavali that signature 3D depth. This process takes time, but it ensures that every deity in your home retains its divine, radiant glow for generations.

The Art of Mysore Painting

Every painting I create follows the traditional path of Mysore art. It begins with a detailed hand-sketch, followed by the gesso work, where we apply a specialized paste to create relief. Once dry, we lay pure 24kt gold leaf onto the relief, creating the distinctive shine that defines this style. Finally, I layer the watercolors to capture the 'Satvik' or serene expressions that give each deity a living presence.

Why Custom Matters

Because I work on each piece individually, I can tailor the composition to your specific needs. Whether you need a small, 10x12-inch portrait for a desk, a multi-figure ensemble for your pooja room, or a large, museum-quality narrative piece, we can adjust the scale and detail. I am happy to work with you on the choice of deity, the gold coverage, and even the color palette to ensure the painting complements your home interior.

Working Together

As I work in Kannada, my daughter Amulya manages all coordination to ensure your requirements are met precisely. We provide updates at every major stage—from the initial sketch to the final gold application—so you can see your painting come to life. Once completed, we pack each piece securely for transit to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
