We take the flavors you grew up with—think Undhiyu, Vada Pav, and Palak Paneer—and spin them into healthy, vibrant salad bowls. It is the comfort food you crave, without the post-lunch slump.

We took inspiration from our nani's kitchen for this one. Our Palak Paneer poke bowl features cilantro lemon rice, a spiced paneer steak, and crackling spinach, all smothered in a rich, creamy spinach gravy.

This is our tribute to a Mumbai icon: the Vada Pav. We turned it into a healthy, gluten-free salad with sweet potato fritters, chickpea flour mini pancakes, and fresh greens, served with minty cilantro and date tamarind dressings.

Our Earthy Undhiyu salad is a take on the classic Gujarati winter dish. It features jowar methi muthiya, sweet potato, purple yam, and beans, all tossed in a spicy undhiyu dressing for a warm, flavorful meal.

The Aamchi Mumbai Chaat Salad Bowl is pure chatpata goodness. It's a tangy and savory mix of sprouts, herbed potatoes, and raw mango that captures the essence of Mumbai street food in a healthy bowl.

Announcing our Aamchi Mumbai Chaat Salad Bowl. This bowl is nostalgia, combining herbed potatoes, sprouts, smoked corn, and kachi keri (raw mango) with a sweet and tangy parsley cilantro dressing.

For our weekend pop-up, we created the Earthy Malabar Salad Bowl. Inspired by the flavors of the south, this bowl features earthy vegetables, kosambri, and thoran, served with a unique curry leaf hummus.
