Every bowl we prep follows a 40-30-20-10 macro formula, balancing complex carbs, plant protein, fiber, and healthy fats. We pack dressings and crunchy toppings separately until you are ready to eat, so your lunch arrives crisp and fresh, never soggy. It is the practical approach that makes a meal feel like a proper lunch break rather than a desk-bound compromise.
