We have a strict policy in our kitchen: if we wouldn't serve it to our own families, it doesn't go in your bowl. This means absolutely no store-bought dressings, no canola oil, no milk extracts, and no preservatives. We treat our ingredients like a romance, ensuring they are compatible, fresh, and vibrant.

Our process starts with sourcing. We work with hydroponic greens, which are not only cleaner but retain a crunch that standard greens often lose during transport. Our microgreens are harvested just before they hit your bowl to lock in the highest possible nutritional value. Whether it is our kale pesto or a zesty citrus vinaigrette, every component is created in-house to complement the textures of our grains and vegetables.
