A Realistic Look at My Life in Food
Nutrition is not just a career for me. It is how I feed my family, explore local ingredients, and stay healthy without ever giving up the food I love.

About this collection
You will see everything from my morning kefir and kimchi hauls to traditional Malnad Akki Thari Kadbu. I don't follow rigid rules, but I do pay attention to how ingredients like local millets, seasonal greens, and fermented foods make me feel. If you are tired of restrictive diet plans that make you fear carbohydrates or traditional Indian meals, this is the approach I bring to every client plan I build.
Ditching the 'Good Food vs. Bad Food' Mentality
My philosophy is simple: health and joy are not mutually exclusive. When you look at my meals, you will see a mix of Ragi porridge for bone health, traditional Muttige for comfort, and the occasional ice cream date with my boys. I believe that sustainable nutrition is about consistency, not perfection. If you are working with me, we are not going to cut out your favorite snacks or stop you from eating out at a birthday dinner. Instead, we look at how to balance those meals using clinical insights, like seed cycling or targeted fiber intake, to manage your specific health markers.
Why Bloodwork Matters
I don't believe in guessing. My clinical consultations are grounded in data. Whether we are tackling PCOS, managing IBS, or addressing energy slumps, we start by looking at your CBC, HbA1c, and Vitamin levels. I treat food as medicine, but I always ensure it fits your actual routine. If you have access to local seasonal vegetables and staples, we use those. You do not need expensive, exotic superfoods to reach your health goals.
What You Can Expect
Whether you are looking for a 4-week jumpstart strategy or a 12-week deep dive into gut health, my goal is to guide you away from restrictive diets and toward intuitive, balanced eating. We will work as partners to fix your digestion, stabilize your hormones, and help you build a relationship with food that doesn't feel like a punishment. If you are ready to stop counting every calorie and start nourishing your body with real, culturally relevant food, let's chat.
