About The Consultation Experience
During our 45 to 60 minute deep dive, I do not just hand you a generic list of foods to avoid. We look at your medical reports—whether it is your Thyroid levels or Lipid Profile—and map them against your daily energy crashes and habits to find the exact root of the imbalance. My goal is to understand your life, not just your symptoms.

After our initial assessment, I build a 4-week custom roadmap for you. We monitor your progress every single week to see how your body reacts to the changes. For long-term goals like diabetes reversal, we use a structured 90-day framework to ensure metabolic correction is stable and sustainable. My job is to give you the tools to heal your gut and restore your energy using the ingredients you already have in your kitchen.
