Stage & Backdrop
- Dimensions: 10ft (Width) x 8ft (Height) main structure.
- Design: Combination of artificial marigold sheets with fresh marigold strings (latkans) and quirk cutouts.
- Seating: Traditional Swing (Jhula) or bright yellow 2-seater sofa flanked by brass pots.
- Flooring: 12ft x 10ft artificial grass carpet for the stage area.
Entrance & Walkway
- Signage: Personalized welcome board on an easel stand with floral bordering.
- Decor: 10-15ft walkway lined with 6 colorful Rajasthani umbrellas or fabric pillars.
- Ceiling: Crisscross draping in satin or chiffon strips over the seating area.
Props & Interactive Elements
- Photo Ops: Dedicated photobooth corner (cycle, rickshaw, or frame).
- Games: Setup of giant wooden Jenga or Beer Pong table (alcohol by client).
- Essentials: 2 large brass Urlis with water/petals and 5 decorated baskets for flower petals.

- Structure: Layered arch panels clad in high-density artificial pastel blooms (hydrangeas, roses).

Walkway & Entrance

- Trussing: Box truss structure for hanging heavy light equipment.
- Lighting: 8-12 Moving Head lights (Sharpies), smoke machine, and warm white blinders.
Theatrical Entrance
- Structure: Bulb Tunnel or large Bollywood Star prop entrance with vanity lights.
- Flooring: Plush red carpet running from entrance to main hall.
Lounge & Bar
- Bar: 8ft-12ft acrylic backlit bar counter with thematic branding.

How I Make Your Pre-Wedding Moments Stand Out
Every pre-wedding event is a fresh canvas for me. I get that your shaadi (wedding) vibe has to feel personal, so I craft setups that match your style, not just look pretty for photos.
What I Do
- Sangeet, Cocktail, Mehendi, Haldi, Engagement, and all those traditional ceremonies - I’ve styled them all.
- I play with everything from pastel florals and dreamy lighting for engagement pastel theme decor to full-on vibrant mela feels for mehendi.
- If you want a glam night, I go all out with shimmer walls and disco balls. Or maybe you’d love a natural boho vibe with pampas grass and earthy tones.
Details That Matter
- Personal touches? Totally my thing. Neon signs, hashtag corners, couple initials - I sneak those in, so it feels like you.
- For haldi function floral setup, I use local genda phool (marigold) or mix it up with Moroccan designs if you’re feeling experimental.
- My sangeet stage decoration ideas include bold backdrops, dramatic lighting, and fun props.
