Grand Themed Entry Props (Crown, Moon, Crystal Ball)
Structure & Mechanics
- Build: Heavy-duty metal fabricated structures (approx. 8ft height) mounted on trolley bases with caster wheels.
- Themes: Options include Gold Crown, Crescent Moon, Crystal Ball (Acrylic Sphere), or Padmavati Throne.
- Manpower: Includes 2 uniformed staff members to manually push and maneuver the prop down the aisle.
Decor & Lighting
- Flowers: Dense arrangements of high-quality artificial silk flowers (roses/carnations). Fresh flowers are not standard.
- Lighting: Integrated LED strips or battery-operated par cans at the base to highlight the couple.
Special Effects Package (Fog, Pyro & Balloons)
Low Fog (Cloud Effect)
- Machine: Heavy-duty dry ice machine (uses water and ice blocks, not oil-based fluid) to ensure smoke stays low.
- Capacity: Includes 15-20kg of dry ice providing 3-4 minutes of dense coverage.
- Styling: Option to conceal pipes inside decorative gold-painted pots (Matka Entry).
Pyro & Balloons
- Cold Pyro: 6 to 8 units of indoor-safe, electric ignition sparkle fountains (30-45 seconds duration).
- Balloon Blast: Remote-triggered drop or pop of 100+ latex balloons (metallic and matte mix).
- Safety: Includes a dedicated technician to trigger effects.
Bridal Phoolon Ki Chadar (Handheld Canopy)
Frame & Floral Options
- Standard: Lightweight frame with premium artificial flowers mixed with real Gypsophila (Baby's Breath).
- Premium: Frame densely packed with fully fresh flowers (Red Roses, Orchids, or Pastel mix).
- Usage: Designed with 4 handle points to be carried by family members (staff bearers are NOT included).
Details
- Hangings: Features floral tassels or traditional golden Kalire bells suspended from the edges.
- Customization: Color palette can be coordinated with the bridal outfit.
Royal Doli Palki with Bearers
The Palki
- Design: Choice of open-top Palki or Peacock Doli made of fiberglass/wood with gold or silver finish.
- Comfort: Includes velvet upholstered seating with cushions.
- Decor: Handles and backrest decorated with artificial floral bunches.
Service Team
- Bearers: Includes a team of 4 to 6 men to carry the doli.
- Uniforms: Staff dressed in matching traditional Kurtas and Turbans (Safas).
- Coordination: Team briefed to walk in sync with the entry music.
