Pricing Guide
Standard Drapery & Artificial Floral Stage
Stage & Backdrop (20ft Width x 10ft Height)
- Structure: Standard box truss or pipe framing masked with fabric.
- Draping: Dual-tone satin or polyester drapes (typically Cream & Gold or Red & White).
- Floral Decor: Top border arrangement using 100% artificial roses and hydrangeas with side tie-backs.
Furniture & Flooring
- Seating: 1 Standard Wedding Couch (White or Gold Rexine) plus two side chairs.
- Flooring: Standard Red Carpet (synthetic felt) for the stage platform.
Lighting
- Fixtures: 4 to 6 LED Par cans for color washing the drapes.
- General: 2 Halogen lights for stage brightness.
Premium Green Wall or Floral Stage Package
Grand Stage Setup (Up to 30ft Width)
- Backdrop: Choice of Artificial Green Wall with hanging wisteria OR Full Artificial Floral Wall (dense rose/carnation packing).
- Props: White PVC/MDF lattice cutouts or golden frames integrated into the backdrop.
- Signage: Laser-cut initials of the couple mounted on the backdrop.
- Furniture: Upgrade to 'Maharaja' style high-back sofa with gold leafing paint finish.
Entrance & Walkway
- Gate: 10ft wide Truss Arch draped in fabric with heavy artificial floral runners.
- Walkway: 6 decorative pillars (3 per side) along the path topped with artificial bouquets.
- Carpeting: Red carpet for stage and a 20ft runner for the entrance walkway.
Lighting
- Setup: 10-12 LED Par Cans for mood lighting and fairy light strings if sheer fabrics are used.
Traditional Marigold & 4-Pillar Mandap
Mandap Structure (10x10ft or 12x12ft)
- Design: 4-pillar structure (Fiber pillars imitating carved wood or gold-painted metal).
- Roof: Fabric ceiling inside the mandap with hanging bells or kaleereins.
- Floral Work: Fresh Marigold (Genda) strings used for pillar coverage or checkerboard backdrops. Includes accent usage of Tube Roses or Banana leaves.
Ritual Setup
- Seating: 4-6 Low-height 'Patlas' or heavy mattresses with white sheets.
- Havan: Provision of metal Havan Kund vessel and low wooden tables (Bajots).
- Lamps: 2 large Brass lamps (Samay), often electric for safety.
- Note: Pooja materials (samagri) are not included.
Home Event Decor (Haldi & Naming)
Compact Backdrop (8ft x 8ft)
- Style: Theme-based drapes (Yellow/Orange for Haldi) or Moon-shape wireframe for naming ceremonies.
- Props: Includes paper kites, tassels, or balloon cladding depending on the theme.
- Signage: Neon 'Oh Baby' or 'Happy Birthday' sign (rental) or foam board name cutouts.
Highlight Furniture
- Central Prop: Rental of a Decorated Cradle (Palna) OR a Two-seater Swing (Jhula).

Whether you want a floral stage backdrop with dense flower walls or a simple, elegant drape with fairy lights, I mix colours and textures to match your vibe. I can add green walls, jaali panels, or even your initials for that personalized wedding stage feel.
Entrance & Mandap Vibes
First impressions count. I design entrance archways with flowers and fabrics that set the mood right from the start. For the mandap, I do both traditional mandap decoration - think banana leaves, marigold garlands, brass diyas - and outdoor setups under gazebos or open skies. Marathi, South Indian, or your own twist, I’m up for it.

Jay Shree Ram! By Bhagwan’s kripa (grace), we get to be part of your happy moments. For me, every Ganpati pandal decoration or small naming ceremony is not just kaam (work), it’s seva. Radha aur Krishna ka prem shashwat hai (their love is eternal), bas, that’s what I feel in every festival, baby shower, and wedding. Mumbai mein toh festival ka mazaa hi alag hai (in Mumbai, festivals are something else). Ganpati Bappa Morya! My joy is seeing your faces light up - that’s my prayer.
