About Royal & Unique Couple Entries
When choosing your entry prop, consider your venue space and lighting. Our heavy-duty structures like the Crown and Crystal Ball are mounted on trolley bases with caster wheels, so they work best in banquet halls with smooth flooring. If your venue has tricky steps or limited width, just let me know, and I will perform a site check or suggest a lighter alternative like our floral canopy or vintage car to ensure your walk down the aisle is seamless.
My goal is to give you that movie-style entrance without the stress. Whether you want a grand arrival or something simple, I handle the logistics so you don't have to worry about the setup on the day of your event.
The Setup: What to Expect
Most of my grand props—the Crystal Ball, the Padmavati Throne, and the Floral Crown—are built on heavy-duty metal frames. I include two uniformed staff members who maneuver these props down the aisle. If you are having a reception at a banquet hall, these work perfectly as long as the path is level. If you are planning an outdoor event, let me know in advance so we can check the ground surface for the trolley wheels.
Special Effects and Timing
If you want that 'wow' factor, I bundle my entry props with safety-tested cold pyro and dry ice. I use a dedicated machine for the low-lying fog, not oil-based fluid, so it stays on the floor where it belongs for those perfect couple photos. The cold pyro units are electric-ignition and safe for indoor use, providing that sparkler effect without the fire hazard. I always have a technician on-site to trigger these at the exact moment you enter.
Last-Minute Booking
I know that weddings can be chaotic and things change at the last minute. If you are running on a tight schedule or just decided you want that extra bit of 'dhamaka' [blast], call me. I am based in Kalwa, Thane, but I travel across the entire Mumbai Metropolitan Area. If the date is open, I can accommodate last-minute requests for wedding entries, receptions, or even engagement ceremonies.
