The Grand Entry Experience
Live Artists
- Themed Musicians: 2 female violinists or flute players in themed gowns (e.g., Angel concept) positioned on podiums or leading the walk.
- Alternative Option: A 4-piece traditional Dhol band can be selected instead of violinists.
- Coordination: On-site manager to sync artist movement with DJ tracks.
Visual Effects Hardware
- Heavy Low-Fog: Industrial dry ice machine with 10-15kg of consumables to create a cloud effect covering 20-30ft of the walkway.
- Handheld Pyro: 2 to 4 cold-touch "Sparkular" guns for the couple or dancers to hold.
- Confetti: 2 manual cannons popped at the entry arch.
Stage Special Effects (SFX) Package
Highlight Effects
- Niagara Fire Shower: A 15ft to 20ft wide spark waterfall rigged to the top truss (30-45 seconds duration).

- Tier 2 (Premium): 3-4 International dancers in elaborate carnival or feathered costumes.
Performance Flow
- Structure: 3 appearances total. Includes 1 Welcome/Escort set and 2 choreographed stage routines (3-5 mins each).
- Costumes: Includes 2 costume changes per artist to match event themes.
Client Requirements
- Facility: Client must provide a private green room with mirrors and refreshments for the troupe.
