From a design student to an examiner, life has truly come full circle. It felt surreal to be a design jury member at a university, guiding the next generation of architects. I'm so honored and grateful for this journey.
Here I am in a home we designed for a young couple. The theme was a simple and elegant gray base with pops of blue and yellow. Creating comfortable and beautiful homes for families is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.

About Meet Anchal: The Architect's Journey
I believe that to design for real life, you have to be in the middle of it. From my early days as a student to serving as a design jury for university projects, my journey has been about constant learning. My team and I do not just draft plans in an office, we are on-site daily, working alongside my father to get the execution right. If you want a designer who knows exactly how a wall curve is made or how to fix lighting in a challenging spot, that is where my hands-on experience comes in.
My Design Philosophy
I started Design Sense Architects in 2016 because I wanted to create spaces that tell a story. My design approach blends modern aesthetics with intensive research into traditional techniques. Whether I am working on a luxury restaurant or a cozy cafe, the goal is always the same: to create a space that makes you smile the moment you walk through the door.
Why My Journey Matters to You
My path from student to design jury has given me a unique perspective. I have been on both sides of the table, and it has shaped how I lead projects today. I know the late nights of drafting and the high stakes of a construction site. This is why I am not just a designer who hands over drawings and leaves. My dad handles the execution, and I handle the creative direction, ensuring that what we promise in our 3D renders is exactly what you get on-site.
