Modern Turnkey Renovation
Scope of Work
- Design & Civil: 2D Layout planning with basic 3D visualization. Includes non-structural demolition, floor leveling, plaster repairs, and wet area waterproofing.
- Flooring: Installation of large-format Premium Vitrified Tiles (Simpolo/Kajaria range) or AC4 Grade Wooden Laminate in bedrooms.
- False Ceiling: Full Gypsum ceiling design (Straight line or Tray) with provisions for cove lighting and recessed spots.
Woodwork & Joinery
- Modular Kitchen: BWR Ply carcass with High-gloss Acrylic or textured Laminate shutters. Includes Quartz countertop and soft-close hardware (Hettich/Hafele).
- Wardrobes: Floor-to-ceiling units in all bedrooms. Finished in 1mm Premium Laminates with drawers and shelf divisions.
- Kids Furniture: Custom-shaped furniture in child-safe Laminate or basic PU touches.
Services & Finishes
- Electrical: Point shifting per layout, modular switches (Anchor/Legrand), and supply of architectural lights (COB and LED strips).
- Wall Finishes: Full wall punning for smoothness followed by Premium Emulsion paint (Asian Paints Royale). Wallpaper included for one accent wall per room.
- Bathrooms: Full renovation including tile breaking, new plumbing piping, tiling up to 7ft/ceiling, and custom vanity units.
